Donate a Car to West Broward Club’s
Vehicles For Recovery  Program

Your car donation helps West Broward Club provide a safe environment meeting place for 12 Step Recovery Programs in the community. It's quick and easy to donate a car and your vehicle donation may be eligible for tax deduction purposes if you itemize. What types of vehicle donations are accepted?
West Broward Club’sVehicles  For Recovery Program accepts almost all vehicles. You can donate cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, jet skis, trailers and recreational vehicles.


What if the vehicle is not running?
Your vehicle does not have to be running, but it must be whole and have four inflated tires so it can be moved by our towing operators. You will be asked to explain the condition of the vehicle. In rare cases, we will be unable to accept some car donations when costs exceed the auction value of the vehicle.


How long will it take to have my vehicle picked up?
All vehicle donations made to West Broward Club's Vehicles for Recovery Program are processed as quickly as possible. Typically the vehicle is picked up within two or three days after the title is received.


What documents do I need to donate my car?
Most states require a clear title to the vehicle and some states also require a notarized signature or additional forms to complete car donations. If you cannot locate or have lost the certificate of title, we can help you obtain the proper documentation and forms.


What if the vehicle is not registered in my name?
The vehicle does not need to be registered in your name. The name on the title may often differ from the name on the registration documents.


How much of the money generated by the sale of my donated vehicle goes to West Broward Club's Vehicles for Recovery Program?
West Broward Club's Vehicles for Recovery Program will typically receive more than 80 percent of the sales revenues.
